Our Policies

First and foremost, thank you for choosing Jam’d Salon, and entrusting our team with your beauty service. In order for us to best serve our guests and keep things running smoothly, we have implemented the following policies. Thank you in advance for reading along!

  • Sign up with our online booking system using your email, so that you can schedule appointments anytime, and receive reminders. Due to no-shows and the nature of our work, we do require a credit card for online bookings; all billing information is stored in a secure encryption system, to ensure provide utmost security.

    *If online booking is not for you, please call the salon for further assistance.

  • We understand that appointments need to be canceled or rescheduled from time to time, and we will do everything on our end to accommodate. That said, we ask for a minimum of 12 hours’ notice for any cancellations, rescheduling and/or modifications to your appointment.

    • If you need to reschedule your appointment under the 12-hour time frame, we are happy to offer a one-time grace period. Moving forward, any late cancellations will incur a 25% charge of the scheduled service amount.

    • Any no-shows (no call) will incur a 50% charge of the scheduled service amount to the credit card on file, or added to your next service with us. Thank you for understanding that it takes time to fill gaps in our day.

    We do recognize that genuine, extenuating circumstances can happen. In this instance, please call us or contact your stylist.

  • Unfortunately we will have to decline service if lice, skin infections, open wounds or concerns of that nature are prevalent.

    Jam’d Salon reserves the right to refuse service, on the basis of health and safety of our staff. Our team has the right to refuse and stop services if they feel uncomfortable or unsafe. We have a No Tolerance Policy for abuse of staff.

  • We want you to feel 100% percent happy with your service and client satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not satisfied, for any reason, we do ask that you contact our team within our 72-hour policy, so that we can reschedule you for a touch up. Jam’d Salon stands behind our stylists and the work they create, and we thank you for allowing us to rectify any situations that may happen.
